$35.00

30–45 Minutes

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

These 1:1 support sessions are designed for parents raising neurodiverse children who need guidance, clarity, encouragement, or simply someone who truly understands the day-to-day realities of this life.

Whether you’re overwhelmed by school decisions, trying to balance therapies and family life, navigating evaluations, or struggling to organize next steps, this is a supportive space created to meet you where you are — without judgment.

What We Can Talk About

Sessions are personalized to your family’s current needs and may include:

  • Evaluations and understanding next steps
  • School advocacy, IEPs, and educational navigation
  • Public, private, or homeschool transitions
  • Gifted + autistic (2e) support
  • Therapy planning and organization
  • Home routines and learning support
  • Caregiver burnout and emotional overwhelm
  • Balancing parenting, career, marriage, and family life
  • General encouragement, guidance, and support from someone who understands

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of our conversation, families often leave with:

  • Greater clarity and confidence about their next steps
  • Practical strategies tailored to their child and family
  • Advocacy insight and guidance for navigating school systems
  • Personalized ideas, resources, and organizational support
  • Emotional reassurance and validation
  • A sense of feeling less alone in the process

When needed, follow-up support and continued connection may also be provided at no additional charge based on your family’s situation and level of support needed.

My Approach

These conversations are rooted in lived experience, educational advocacy knowledge, nonprofit leadership, and professional insight from both neurodiverse parenting and corporate HR leadership spaces.

Think supportive millennial mom energy — compassionate, informed, relatable, and real.

Important Note

These sessions are not therapy, medical care, or legal advice. Support is based on lived experience, advocacy knowledge, educational navigation, and practical parent-to-parent guidance.
