Ordering
Where is my confirmation order?
Once you place your order, a confirmation will be sent straight to the email you provide at checkout. If you don’t see it within 24 hours, feel free to reach out to us at orders@jaxcreed.com and we've got you. But first, take a quick peek in your spam or junk folder, sometimes those confirmations like to hide.
Can I change my order?
We get it, things happen! If you need to make a change to your order, reach out to us the same day you place it, and we’ll do our best to catch it in time. While we can’t promise changes can be made (since we move quickly to get your order out the door), we’ll always try to help when we can.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to make changes, cancel, or issue a refund. Your package will head to the shipping address you entered at checkout. If you notice your address is incorrect, email us ASAP at orders@jaxcreed.com—we’ll do what we can, but timing is everything.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
For U.S. orders, you can expect delivery within 3 to 10 business days. International orders may take up to 21 business days to arrive. Shipping times can vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, and other factors - so please note these are estimates, not guarantees. We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number - keep an eye on that so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay your shipment, and JaxCreed can’t be held responsible for address errors submitted at checkout.
Heads up: We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by things outside our control, including customs processing, weather, postal service disruptions, or other carrier-related issues.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If you're outside those areas and want to place an order, send us a note at info@jaxcreed.com and we'll do our best to make it happen!
