Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds or store credit. Order Issues: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@jaxcreedlearning.com with the subject line:
"Incorrect or Damaged Order".
Be sure to include:

We will review your request, and if approved, provide instructions for returning the item. To be eligible for a replacement:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

A valid proof of purchase must be provided
