Need Support Navigating Neurodiverse Parenting?
Real-life guidance, advocacy support, and practical conversations for parents raising neurodiverse children.
Meet Hanna
If you’ve ever found yourself overwhelmed trying to figure out the “right” next step for your child — school, therapies, routines, support, or simply how to hold everything together — you are not alone.
I created JaxCreed Learning because I know firsthand how emotional and isolating this journey can feel.
I’m a mom raising two autistic boys, and no two journeys look the same.
One of my sons is twice-exceptional (2e) and intellectually advanced, while the other has completely different strengths and support needs. Living both experiences has given me a deep understanding of how layered neurodiverse parenting can be.
I’ve personally navigated:
- Evaluations and diagnoses
- Homeschooling, private school, and public school transitions
- School advocacy and learning support
- Therapy schedules, routines, and burnout
- Parenting while balancing career, marriage, and everyday life
More than anything, I understand the mental load parents carry — the research, the meetings, the decision fatigue, and the constant desire to make sure your child feels supported and understood.
You do not have to figure it all out alone.
How I Support Families
Through supportive parent-to-parent conversations, I help families navigate both the emotional and practical sides of this journey, drawing from lived experience as a parent as well as my professional background in Human Resources, Psychology, advocacy, and nonprofit leadership.
I help families navigate:
- School and educational decisions
- Gifted + autistic (2e) support
- Evaluations and next steps
- Therapy and home routine organization
- Advocacy and communication support
- Balancing caregiving, work, and family life
- Emotional encouragement from someone who truly understands
My approach is compassionate, practical, judgment-free, and rooted in lived experience.
Think supportive millennial mom energy — relatable, informed, and honest.
